Responsible for the development and integration of CAD and GIS maps to create accurate location information for private and public clients. GIS layers created from historic hard copies, GPS/survey data, CAD, aerial photography, DEM, CSV, raster-vector conversion, client and online GIS files. Developed and maintained data for SQL database. GIS work included database development and maintenance to ensure currentness and accuracy. GIS layers include sampling locations, analytical data, cross-sections, topography, as-builts, remediation design, conceptual site models, plumes, geologic, soil, land use, floodplains, utilities, water ways, structures, roads. Developed web-based mapping application from spatial data to support environmental compliance investigations. The application features several sets of local and live map layers from spatial features, aerial imagery and a secure data import utility to gather routine data updates. Environmental field sampling: collection of well/surface-water for laboratory chemical analysis.
